My daughter is doing much better since she began with Dr. Pousada-Fitzpatrick. She is now able to handle difficult situations better. She now has coping mechanisms. In the last few months she has handled an extremely difficult break up and her uncle died suddenly. Both situations she handled a lot better than most. Before I would have been very afraid that she would self-harm but she didn’t. She has become more mature and discusses her feelings a lot more with me. I am so grateful for Dr. Pousada-Fitzpatrick.

Dr. Andrea Pousada-Fitzpatrick basically gave me my life back. After 15 years of therapy I finally found someone who got to the core of my issues and helped resolve them. I am a different person now.

Dr. Pousada-Fitzpatrick helped me identify the origin of my negative thinking and sources of anxiety, which allowed us to work together to develop strategies to combat them. The process resulted in autonomous control of my emotions, and I am now more confident than I have ever been, which would have been unimaginable before I started therapy. Whether you're seeking mental help, or if you just want to have a chat about your everyday life, Dr. Pousada-Fitzpatrick is a great choice.
